It all started when I was running a small window cleaning company just to pay for school. Over the course of 5 years, I expanded my services into the house painting industry and grew it to a team of 11 people.
Other business owners ended up asking me how I grew so fast into a new industry notorious for being difficult.
That's when I started consulting small business owners from general contractors all the way to consulting businesses.
My specialty is team building and marketing. Those are the two biggest levers into growing a small business.

Step 1: The Business Audit
The first step is to understand your business to see if we can even help in the first place.
It's important for me to know your business, the bottle necks, and what's currently working.
We also want to know what your personal goals and business goals are to ensure that we're aligned with your mission.
We'll sit down for a 60 minute complimentary audit and break all this down for you.
Chapter 2: The Beginning
After we've completed the business audit, we'll need 7-10 days to build a game plan for you.
We'll sit down with the team and analyze the information you've given to us, at which point we'll build a plan to help you identify the bottlenecks to hit your goal.
At this point, we'll give you a proposal at which point you can decide to take it and implement it yourself or you can choose to have us support you on the journey.
Either way, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to make the right choice moving forward!
